Florian Werkmeister advises national and international companies on the drafting of technology-related contracts as well as on issues of digital and IT law.

His practice focuses on technology transactions, copyright and trademark law, protection of trade secrets, artificial intelligence, and consumer protection law.

He studied law and IT/IP law at Leibniz University Hannover, where he obtained his First State Examination in Law and his LL.B.

During a semester abroad at Kyushu University in Japan, he deepened his knowledge of international law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, with stages including a boutique law firm specializing in IT and IP law, as well as an international law firm in the field of technology, media, and telecommunications.

He is an associate in the Berlin office of Morrison Foerster and a member of the Technology Transactions practice group.
