Gabriella Fortun is a corporate associate in the Miami office of Morrison Foerster.

Gabriella advises clients in connection with complex domestic and cross‑border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Gabriella represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, energy, and technology. She also has experience in advising corporate and sovereign clients in a wide range of cross-border transactions, principally in Latin America, including public-private partnership transactions, equity and debt offerings, financings, and restructurings.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, she was an associate at another international law firm in New York.
