George Adam Ward is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Transactions Department.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, George was a summer associate in the San Francisco office.
George earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, he served as the Business Development Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law, an Advanced Clinician for the Human Trafficking Clinic’s Business and Human Rights Lab, and a Student Attorney for the Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic and the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. He completed over 200 hours of pro bono work in law school and has a continued commitment to pro bono.
He received his M.Sc. with distinction in International Business and Emerging Markets from the University of Edinburgh Business School. He holds a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis from Pomona College, where he captained the NCAA collegiate water polo team. Prior to law school, he served as a paralegal at a plaintiff-side law firm and a Business Immigration Analyst at another global law firm.
