Hannah Kim
Hannah is a corporate associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office.
Hannah focuses her practice on Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets. She represents issuers in connection with securities offerings, securities regulation as well as related corporate governance and public company matters. She advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions across various industries.
Hannah earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School. While at law school, Hannah was a member of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law. She also holds a B.A. from Rice University.
Hannah is fluent in Korean.
