Hannah is a corporate associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office.
Hannah focuses her practice on Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets. She represents issuers in connection with securities offerings, securities regulation as well as related corporate governance matters. She advises on domestic mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions across various industries.
Hannah earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School. While at law school, Hannah was a member of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law. She also holds a B.A. from Rice University.
Hannah is fluent in Korean.
