Haydn Forrest is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.
Haydn regularly advises clients on complex, high-stakes criminal and civil matters involving antitrust, national security, geopolitical risk, foreign malign influence, and crisis management. He has extensive experience conducting internal and government-facing cross-border investigations, as well as handling civil and criminal defense and complex regulatory proceedings. As part of his practice, he represents companies, executives, and boards before the U.S. Department of Justice and other federal agencies, state attorneys general, and congressional committee.
Prior to law school, Haydn worked as an honors paralegal at the Federal Trade Commission. He received his B.A. in international relations and political science from Tufts University.
