Heekyoung Lee is an associate in the firm’s Finance Group.
Heekyoung’s practice is primarily focused on representing banks and other financial institutions in single- and multi-lender transactions with regional, national, and international companies engaged in the areas of technology and life sciences, and private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Heekyoung was an associate in another large law firm where she represented corporate borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including asset-based loans, investment grade lending, middle market and large cap financings and working capital facilities. She also represented borrowers in a variety of debt transactions from bank credit facilities to high yield bonds. In addition, Heekyoung advised clients on general corporate matters, including formation, mergers and acquisitions, investments and general governance matters.
Heekyoung received her J.D. from Boston College Law School, where she was a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review, and she received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
