Helen He is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Helen’s practice focuses on antitrust and intellectual property matters.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Helen was a summer associate at MoFo and summer law clerk for the Antitrust Section of the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General. Prior to law school, Helen was a senior analyst at Cornerstone Research, a leading economic consulting firm.

Helen received her J.D. from Harvard Law School. While in law school, she served as an executive editor of the Harvard Law Review. Helen received her B.A. magna cum laude in economics and computer science from Dartmouth College.
