Henry Huttinger focuses his practice on intellectual property, antitrust, and complex commercial litigation.

Henry has litigated a range of high-stakes technology and pharmaceutical cases for both plaintiffs and defendants, with a focus on patent, trade secret, antitrust and class actions. He has also represented individuals and start-ups in founder and corporate control disputes.

Henry began his legal career at Durie Tangri LLP after clerking for Judge Christina A. Snyder at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and Justice Normal L. Epstein at the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District.

Henry earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the UCLA Law Review. During law school, he led the UCLA chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) and served as an extern for Judge Harry Pregerson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Before pursuing a legal career, Henry worked as an assistant program officer at the National Endowment for Democracy in Washington, D.C., where he helped manage a grants program for human rights organizations in the Middle East and North Africa.
