Hilary Lee is a corporate associate in Morrison Foerster’s Tokyo office.

Prior to joining the firm, Hilary worked at another international law firm and on the credit legal team of a leading private equity firm in New York.

Hilary received her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco and B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.

Hilary is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
