Hiroyuki Sakazaki is of counsel at Morrison Foerster Law Offices. His practice focuses on real estate investments and transactions.
Hiroyuki represents investment funds, financial institutions including financial arrangers, asset managers, and real estate developers in a wide variety of real estate investment and transactions, including real estate financing and securitization. He has advised clients on a broad range of asset classes, such as office buildings, residential properties, warehouses, hotels, nursery homes, shopping malls, and data centers.
Hiroyuki received his LL.B. from University of Tokyo, completed his training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan (57th trainee), and received his LL.M. from the University of Southern California.
Hiroyuki is a bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan and a member of the Tokyo Bar Association.
