Hisatada Ohashi is an associate of Morrison Foerster Law Offices.

Hisatada received his LL.B. from Kyoto University Faculty of Law in 2011, his J.D. from the University of Tokyo Law School in 2013, and completed his training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in December 2014 (67th trainee). In 2021, he received an LL.M. from Stanford Law School, with a specialization in corporate governance and practice. In 2022, he received another LL.M. from New York University School of Law, with a specialization in international taxation.

Hisatada is a bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan and is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
