Holly Ellsworth is an Associate in the Denver office of Morrison Foerster and a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Group.
As a venture capital attorney, Holly applies a business-minded approach to advising clients in all stages of growth with their legal needs. Holly specializes in counseling emerging companies – from start-up to later-stage – and venture capital funds across the country in achieving their business objectives and investment goals. She works with an extensive range of clients including emerging and established brands in the food, beverage, and consumer products industry, strategic buyers, and venture capital and growth funds across the same.
Holly received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School where she served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics, & Public Policy. She also holds a B.A., cum laude, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Holly was an associate at a national law firm and at an Am Law 100 firm in Denver.
