Holly Petersen is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Holly’s practice focuses on general litigation. She has experience working with major corporate clients and stakeholders and conducting legal research. Holly received her J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she participated in the Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Holly was a summer associate at MoFo and served as a summer law clerk at the Alliance for Children’s Rights. During this time, she gained experience conducting client intake interviews and preparing legal documents.

Holly received her B.A. in mathematics from Willamette University.
