Hui Min represents and advises private and public corporations on fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, complex cross-border transactions, as well as other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Hui Min worked at a leading Singapore law firm. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
