Ippei Kawase is an associate of Morrison Foerster Law Offices.

Ippei earned his LL.M. from Columbia Law School and completed his training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan (77th trainee). He received his LL.B. from the University of Tokyo.
