Irene Quach is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office.

Irene’s practice encompasses a broad range of intellectual property and general commercial litigation matters. She has represented clients in disputes involving trademark and copyright infringement and has experience handling proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition to her litigation work, Irene regularly assists clients in the trademark prosecution process—from securing initial filings to achieving and enforcing registrations.

Irene received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. During law school, she was a board member of the Asian Pacific Islander Law Students Association and served as editor‑in-chief of the Asian Pacific American Law Journal.
