Isabel Peraza is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, where she represents clients in complex intellectual property disputes across a range of industries. Her practice focuses on copyright, trademark, and false advertising, as well as patent and technology-related matters. Isabel’s experience spans all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations through trial and appeal, in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Isabel practiced at two leading firms where she represented clients in high-stakes intellectual property and commercial litigation. She has litigated cases involving cutting-edge technologies, entertainment and media disputes, and emerging issues in digital assets such as NFTs and cryptocurrency. Isabel’s experience also includes matters before the International Trade Commission and the Supreme Court of the United States. Isabel began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard F. Suhrheinrich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Isabel earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as Symposium Editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law and Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. She received her B.A. in Classics and History from Vanderbilt University.
