Jason Kim is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group.
Before relocating to Japan and joining Morrison Foerster, Jason was an associate with another international law firm in Boston and New York, where he represented clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and developments.
Jason has represented developers, investors, asset managers, and owners in transactions involving multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use projects located across the United States. He also has experience representing clients in structured finance transactions involving real estate cash flow.
Jason earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. from Emory University.
Jason is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and Massachusetts. He is fluent in English and Korean.
