Jason Nerland is an associate in the Financial Services Group in Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Jason served as an aide to Senator Mike Rounds, advising on financial services policy. He was also a summer associate at Morrison Foerster in the Washington, D.C. office during the summer of 2021.

Jason earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, he served as a staff editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. Jason received his B.A. from the University of South Dakota.
