JD Husband is a corporate associate in the New York office of Morrison Foerster.

JD’s practice focuses on representing public and private companies in a variety of corporate transactions and securities matters. JD advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and venture capital investments in various industries. He also represents issuers and underwriters in connection with capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, debt and equity offerings, and SPAC transactions.

JD earned his law degree summa cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he graduated as valedictorian. He served as a Staff Editor for the Temple Law Review, and as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
