Jeff Xu is a member of the Firm’s Finance Group. He represents financial institutions, private credit funds, public and private companies and other borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including secured and unsecured, syndicated, acquisition, subscription line, ABL, trade, debtor-in-possession and other complex financings, with a particular focus on private credit.

His pro bono practice focuses on representing elderly and low income New Yorkers with their essential life planning documents.

Jeff graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.
