Jenna Kwak is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Litigation Department in the San Francisco office.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Jenna was a summer associate at the firm. She also served as a summer associate at another notable law firm, researching privacy, discrimination, and unfair competition claims.

Jenna earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the California Law Review and the Berkeley Law and Technology Journal. She received her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Before law school, she was a member of the Criminal Justice team at the ACLU of Northern California.
