Jenny Morris is a senior associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.
Jenny’s practice encompasses complex civil litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation and consumer class actions. She advises companies on high-stakes disputes, developing pragmatic strategies that align legal and business goals and representing clients from early investigation through trial and appeal across consolidated actions, arbitrations, multidistrict litigations, and individual litigation in state and federal courts.
Her clients include leading companies in the food and beverage, dietary supplement, personal care/cosmetics, construction, children’s toys, insurance, technology, social media, and pharmaceutical industries.
Jenny has in-house counsel experience from a secondment, where she advised on various confidential consumer product litigation risks and privacy matters for a major e-commerce company.
Jenny also maintains an active and diverse pro bono practice, focused on disability benefits appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and LGBTQ+ rights advocacy. Jenny has received several awards for her commitment to pro bono, from organizations including the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs and The Veterans Consortium.
