Acted for the same client in its subsequent and unrelated acquisition of a U.S. multinational (2017). Both deals were competitive auctions by private equity sellers (2016-2017).

Represented a U.S. home shopping retail platform in three matters in Japan, including the reorganization of its joint venture business (EBITDA of US$1 billion+).
