Jimmy Bromley is an associate in the New York office and is a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital practice group.

Jimmy works with emerging companies – from start-up to late-stage – and venture capital funds. He helps clients achieve their business goals throughout all stages of their life cycle.

While at New York University School of Law (NYU), Jimmy interned with the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office in the General Trial Bureau through the Local Prosecution Clinic. He also spent two years as a Student Associate in Madison Square Garden’s legal department during law school.

Before attending law school, Jimmy worked in Washington, D.C., serving as Professional Staff for the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, and as a Legislative Aide to Senator Maria Cantwell. He is conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
