Jose Rodriguez is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison Foerster’s Los Angeles office.

Jose spent both of his law school summers at Morrison Foerster. During this time, he worked on a wide range of litigation matters, ranging from commercial contract disputes to white-collar investigations.

At Harvard Law School, Jose was president of the Latinx Law Student Association and a student attorney for the Harvard Immigration & Refugee Clinic. Jose participated in the Harvard-Berkeley Exchange Program during his final year of law school. He served as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office Civil Division in San Francisco, where he drafted defensive motions involving the Federal Tort Claims Act and researched complex evidentiary issues related to a class action trial.

Jose is committed to providing pro bono legal services and has worked with Afghan refugees and asylum applicants seeking immigration relief.
