Joe represents banks and other financial institutions in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities involving domestic and international private equity, venture capital and private credit funds. Joe’s practice covers the full range of fund finance facilities, including subscription and capital call lines of credit, NAV and hybrid facilities, GP and management company financings and fund-guaranteed portfolio company loans. Joe’s practice routinely involves advising clients on structuring and documenting loan arrangements for nuanced fund structures like SMAs, evergreen funds, rated note feeders, continuation vehicles, insurance-dedicated funds and pooled arrangements.
