Josh Graham is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group.

Drawing on his background in electrical engineering, Josh focuses on patent litigation matters involving semiconductor and software companies. Josh’s practice includes assisting clients in patent infringement actions before the U.S. district courts and inter partes review proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Prior to joining the firm, Josh clerked for the Honorable Richard Linn of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Alan D. Albright of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Josh earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as an editor of the Texas Law Review, Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal, and the Journal of Law and Technology at Texas. He received his B.S. with honors in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin Cockrell School of Engineering.
