Joshua Lee is a finance associate in Morrison Foerster’s Boston office.

His practice focuses on representing banks, financial institutions and private credit providers in single and multi-lender transactions in the technology and life sciences industries, among others.

Prior to joining the firm, Joshua was a summer associate in the Boston office during the summer of 2023.

Joshua earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Boston College Law School and earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Boston College. During law school, he received recognition for Pro Bono Excellence and was named to The Supreme Judicial Court Pro Bono Honor Roll for Law Students.
