Jule Rothe advises German and international clients on complex state court, arbitration, and other proceedings that frequently involve cross-border elements. Her practice focuses on commercial disputes, particularly contractual and commercial matters in the technology and media sector.
Jule studied law at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. During her studies, she worked at a Chair for Civil Law, with a particular focus on private international law and comparative law. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, with placements at a Berlin-based litigation boutique and at Sony Music Entertainment Germany. Before joining Morrison Foerster, she spent several years as a research assistant at a Chair for Civil Law, Commercial, Competition and Intellectual Property Law.
Jule is an associate at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin and a member of the Litigation Practice Group.
