Julianna Lee is an associate in the Real Estate Group in Morrison Foerster’s New York office.

Julianna represents leading institutional lenders in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions across the United States. Her practice spans the full spectrum of real estate asset classes and financing types, including syndicated, mortgage, mezzanine, construction, and securitized loans with a variety of collateral including multi-family apartment buildings, retail, industrial, office buildings, warehouses, hotels, condominiums, student housing, and mixed-use projects and portfolios. She also regularly advises clients in connection with credit facilities for private equity funds, REITs, and other institutional borrowers, including subscription lines of credit, borrowing base facilities and unsecured lines of credit. In addition to her lending work, Julianna has advised corporate clients on real estate matters in mergers, acquisitions, purchases and dispositions. 

Julianna received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was an articles editor for the Journal of Law and Business, and her B.S. from the University of Maryland. Julianna previously worked as a summer associate and law clerk at Morrison Foerster.
