Julie is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group.

Julie is based in Morrison Foerster’s San Diego office, where her practice focuses on patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secrets litigation.

Before joining the firm as an associate, Julie completed Morrison Foerster’s Two-Summer Patent Program for Patent Litigation. She also previously worked as an engineering consultant at a boutique intellectual property law firm, where she reviewed patent applications and other legal documents.

Julie earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. While in law school, she served as the vice president of the Virginia Patent Law Society for Litigators, Agents, and Prosecutors, and she served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology. She received her B.A. in biomedical engineering, with a secondary concentration in global health and health policy, from Harvard University.
