Kaitlin Clark is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.

Kaitlin’s practice focuses on general litigation, including government investigations and complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Kaitlin worked across local, state, and federal government, with roles at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office Conviction Integrity Unit, the Vermont Office of the Defender General, and the Office of Congressman Peter Welch.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law, where she served as senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and director of litigation for the Criminal Record Expungement Project. She received her B.A. cum laude in linguistics and political science from the University of Vermont, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and was awarded the Warren R. and Mildred Austin Prize for International Peace and Security.
