Karen Ramirez Torres is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Karen was a summer associate at the firm, where she supported litigation matters and pro bono representations. During law school, Karen served as a judicial extern in the District of Columbia, where she conducted legal research and assisted in drafting judicial opinions. She also advised clients through public interest and clinical legal programs.

Karen earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Latine Journal of Law & Policy. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in business administration from Arizona State University.

Karen is fluent in Spanish.
