Karina Pundeff is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group.

Karina has litigated a wide range of high-technology patent and trade secret matters in federal and state courts. The technologies at issue in her matters have spanned areas such as computer software, semiconductors, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. 

Before joining MoFo, Karina served as a judicial extern to the Honorable M. Margaret McKeown in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and to the Honorable Janis L. Sammartino and the Honorable Jill L. Burkhardt both of the United States District Court, Southern District of California in San Diego, CA.

Karina received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law where she was elected to the Order of the Coif.  She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Karina is a member of the California Bar.
