Kasumi Matsukura is an associate of Morrison Foerster Law Offices. 

Kasumi received her B.A. from Keio University Faculty of Law Department of Political Science in 2009, her J.D. from Keio University Law School in 2011, and completed her training at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in December 2012 (65th trainee).

Kasumi is a bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan and is a member of the Tokyo Bar Association.
