Katarina Halpern is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions Group.
Katarina represents companies in a broad range of commercial matters, including technology licensing, product development, SaaS, cloud services, procurement, outsourcing, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients on intellectual property, artificial intelligence, privacy, data, and related technology issues.
Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Katarina practiced at international law firms and completed in-house secondments as commercial counsel at a global technology company and a leading financial services company.
Katarina earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was senior articles editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property Law Journal. She received her B.S. in business administration from Fordham University.
