Katherine Suzuki is a corporate associate in the firm's Palo Alto office.
Katherine’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Katherine served in the United States House of Representatives as a Legislative Fellow. She also served as an Honors Program Legal Intern with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
Katherine earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she earned a Certificate of Specialization in Business Law. While in law school, she served as Executive Editor for the Asian American Law Journal and participated in the New Business Practicum, which advises startups in the Bay Area.
Katherine received her B.A., with distinction, from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
