Kellin Tompkins is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Complex Litigation + Advisement Group. Kellin has represented leading product and aerospace manufacturers, retailers, and distributors in high-stakes litigation throughout the country. Kellin maintains an in-depth knowledge of the facts of each case he works on and develops defense tactics, prepares dispositive motions, and advises clients on trial and appellate strategies.

Before entering private practice, Kellin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John R. Parker of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, where he gained experience across a broad spectrum of federal litigation. He earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the Texas Tech Law Review.
