Kendra Snyder is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Denver office and a member of the firm’s Private Funds Group.

Kendra advises on the formation and launch of both onshore and offshore venture capital funds, private equity funds, and hedge funds, with a variety of focus areas, including crypto-asset structures and regulatory compliance. Her practice spans the full fund lifecycle, including drafting offering materials and key agreements, advising on exemptions, negotiating with investors, and supporting ongoing operational requirements.

Prior to joining Morrison Foerster, Kendra worked at an investment management law firm, where she supported fund launches and prepared private placement memoranda, SEC and CFTC filings, and other investor-related documentation.

Kendra earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado, where she was a Dean’s Fellow and Merit Scholarship recipient and served as co-president of the Juvenile and Family Law Club. She received her B.A. with a double major in sociology and philosophy from the University of Colorado.
