Kevin is a tax associate in the Boston office of Morrison Foerster.
Kevin advises clients on U.S. federal income tax considerations related to domestic and cross-border transactions that include mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, reorganizations, real estate investment trusts, capital markets transactions, structured products, and renewable energy. He also advises clients on the formation and continuing operation of tax-exempt organizations as well as tax controversies and a broad range of general corporate tax planning matters.
Kevin earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law. He also earned his LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law and his M.A. in literature from Middlebury College’s Bread Loaf School of English. He has also studied at the University of Oxford and the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Kevin was an English teacher at various independent schools in the Northeast.
