Kevin Dollerschell advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of technology, intellectual property, and commercial law matters. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as strategic investments. In this context, he assists clients with IP and IT due diligence as well as the structuring and negotiation of technology- and IP-related aspects of transactions.
In addition to his transaction-related practice, Kevin advises clients on the drafting, negotiation, and implementation of complex commercial agreements. His experience includes technology, licensing, development, services, and collaboration agreements, as well as general terms and conditions and consumer law matters. He counsels businesses throughout the entire life cycle of commercial relationships, from developing legal contract structures and negotiating complex agreements to the ongoing adaptation and optimization of existing contractual frameworks.
His practice regularly combines issues relating to artificial intelligence, software, data, and emerging technologies.
He studied law at the University of Potsdam. Before joining Morrison Foerster, he practiced at a leading German law firm in Berlin.
