Kingston Pung is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s IP Litigation practice. His practice focuses on representing clients in intellectual property disputes involving complex technologies.

Kingston’s experience includes evaluating infringement and validity issues, working with technical experts, and facilitating fact and expert discovery in patent cases. He has worked on multiple trial teams representing major semiconductor and high-technology companies in high-stakes IP matters. He has also advised on adversarial patent-licensing negotiations and technology transactions. Kingston also has experience preparing petitions and supporting materials for inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Kingston spent three years as a software developer. He received his J.D. from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and his B.A. in computer science and economics from Swarthmore College.
