Kristen Cuetos is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Boston office and a member of the firm’s Transactions Group.
Before joining Morrison Foerster, Kristen served as a legal extern for Wayfair. Prior to this, she worked as a student attorney at the BC Law Legal Services LAB Community Enterprise Clinic, counseling clients on trademark, corporate governance, and entity formation matters. Kristen also worked as a summer associate at MoFo during law school.
Kristen earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Boston College Law School, where she was an articles editor for the Boston College Law Review and head executive editor of the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal. Kristen was inducted into the Order of the Coif at the completion of her J.D. She received her B.A. cum laude in economics with a minor in managing for social impact and the public good from Boston College. During her undergraduate studies, Kristen was honored with induction into the Order of the Cross and Crown and recognized as a Bowman Scholar.
