Kristen Cui is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Transactions Group.

Before joining Morrison Foerster, Kristen served as a summer associate at the firm.

Kristen earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was a student attorney in the Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic and served as an executive editor for the Michigan Journal of Race and Law. She received her B.A. in economics from the University of California, Davis.
