Kristen’s practice focuses on IP litigation and post-grant strategy and disputes. She has litigated a wide range of high-technology cases for U.S. and non-U.S. based clients in U.S. federal courts and before the International Trade Commission.

Her experience includes drafting briefs, handling all aspects of discovery, including drafting expert reports and declarations, deposition and trial preparations, and trials. The technologies at issue in her matters have spanned areas such as computer software, semiconductors, image/video processing, smart devices, and medical devices.

Kristen is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
