As a privacy analyst at Morrison Foerster, Kristina is responsible for monitoring and analyzing legislative and regulatory developments related to privacy, data security, and artificial intelligence (AI). Her insights help companies effectively navigate the evolving regulatory environment. She plays a key role in the development and enhancement of MoFo’s Privacy Library and contributes to the MoFoNotes subscription database, ensuring that these resources provide up-to-date and comprehensive information on privacy and data security issues in jurisdictions around the world. Previously, Kristina served as privacy & information security counsel at Merrill Lynch’s Office of General Counsel in New York, and as an associate with Morrison Foerster in the Financial Services Group, where she advised clients on a wide range of privacy and data security compliance matters.
Kristina earned her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, where she was an editor of the Administrative Law Review. She holds a B.A., cum laude, from Gettysburg College.
