Kyle Cole is counsel in Morrison Foerster’s Complex Litigation + Advisement practice.
He has significant experience defending high-stakes litigation, and he currently defends Fortune 10 companies in wrongful death, product liability, and premises liability cases. He served as special counsel to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee in connection with the nomination of the Honorable Ketanji Brown Jackson to the U.S. Supreme Court, advising on legal and procedural matters during the confirmation process.
Kyle clerked for the Honorable Ryan D. Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable B. Lynn Winmill of the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. His prior experience also includes work on complex antitrust and competition matters in the U.S. and internationally.
Kyle earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he won the Lile Moot Court Competition.
