Kyle Howard is an associate in the firm’s London office and is a member of the Litigation Group.

Kyle advises clients on a wide range of commercial litigation, dispute resolution and investigatory matters, with his experience including guiding companies through complex investigations relating to UK government contracts.

During his training contract at Morrison Foerster, Kyle also gained experience in the Business Restructuring and Insolvency, Corporate M&A and Finance Groups, and spent six months seconded to the firm’s Singapore office.

Kyle received his LL.B. with First Class Honours from Durham University and subsequently completed his Legal Practice Course and M.Sc. in Law, Business and Management with distinction at the University of Law.

Kyle has an active pro bono practice, with a focus on representing individuals in, and charities engaged with, both the criminal justice system and family courts. He is also on the steering committee of the Morrison Foerster London LGBTQ+ network, MoFo Proud.

Kyle qualified as a solicitor in 2024 and is admitted to practice law in England and Wales.
