Lacey Silvestri is an associate in the Transactions Department of Morrison Foerster’s Austin office.

Lacey represents clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, tech transactions, and securities offerings.

Lacey received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her Master’s of Education degree and B.A. in English and History from the University of Notre Dame.
